Victoria earned her Bachelors of Arts in Legal Studies from Chapman University. In her 20+ year career she has worked ongoing with at-promise youth. She served in Juvenile Corrections, Field Supervision & Court Services / Investigations and co-Pioneered Helping Achieve Resiliency Treatment (HART) Court. Victoria is mother of two spirited and kind children; Lily and Hope.
