Making the most of your conference experience

Think of the event platform as a virtual conference hotel

All times below are P.D.T.

7:15 – 7:30 a.m.

  • In the Google Chrome browser, log in to the BRIDGES TO RESILIENCE Accelevents virtual event platform  (https://www.accelevents.com/e/BridgestoResilienceConference) using the same email address and password you used to register. (If you don't know the password, you can create/reset one at this time.)

  • In the LOBBY, watch the very short video orientation. Tour around the site to familiarize yourself by clicking on links.

  • Visit the Sponsors and Resource Hall.

  • Feeling friendly? Click on 1:1 Networking and be randomly connected with another attendee for a few minutes (it's like meeting in the hotel lobby).

7:45 – 7:55 a.m.

  • Watch the main CHAT in the LOBBY for updates.

  • Click on MAINSTAGE / KEYNOTE to enter the Morning Program.

8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Program begins in MAINSTAGE with welcome, keynote presentation and continued instructions for participation options throughout the conference.

  • Practice self-care. The digital conference experience is screen-time intensive. Take breaks as needed to support your body and mind. If you are able, move your body every 60-90 minutes, keep a glass of water handy, and eat/snack regularly during the day to sustain your energy and focus for learning.

  • Connect. Enjoy opportunities to connect with other attendees and colleagues via CHAT, 1:1 NETWORKING, and CONNECT requests for video meet-ups.

  • Gather valuable resources at the Sponsor and Resource Hall during several Networking Breaks during the conference. (See schedule for break times).

  • Need tech support? Just ask. Technical and customer service are available continuously. Need 1:1 assistance? Contact  info@visionalitypartners.com or (805) 380-5597.

  • Need emotional support? We recognize that discussion of some conference topics may be activating or triggering for some attendees. There will be a Help Now booth in the Resource Hall on the conference platform, staffed during the day for live text and video chat.

  • Visit the Information Desk for general information and updates.

2:45 p.m.

Join us for the conference finale in the MAINSTAGE for a brief wrap-up and a few surprises!
